What "they're" saying about Jim.....
Here's what Amanda says about Matt's Senior Pictures:
I'm speechless. I was so excited to get home and look at the pictures. Now I have tears running down my face as I look at fabulous picture after fabulous picture. I have so many favorites, I don't know how we'll decide what to print. You truly captured Matt. That is why there are tears. His looks - his attitude - and his smile! I'd love to provide you with so more specific feedback on particular pictures once I'm not so overwhelmed! Right now I have about 30 favorites!
Thank you! I am thrilled with the photos. It's so comforting to know that as he's growing up and some day will be out of the house - I'll always have these amazing photos!

Nancy and Dick recently celebrated their 50th Wedding Anniversary. Here's what Nancy says:
Jim took photos of our 50th wedding Anniversary party and vow renewal ceremony. They were so wonderful. The ceremony was moving for us but, the photos will be forever. The expressions he captured on our adult children's faces were beyond price. He was in there at the right time to snap special photos of our friends and family. He took several special pictures of which included our original wedding album, which we used for our thank you notes. Thanks Jim for recording our special day so perfectly.

J. Martin Harris Photography shot all of the artwork for our cupcake shoppe. The pictures are gorgeous and we get so many compliments on them. Jim worked with me to create the exact look that I wanted for our store. I recommend him to all of our customers

Edip writes:
I used to think that everyone with a good camera is a photographer, and I had a good one. Well, until I saw the work of Jim Harris... Now I know better. As everyone with a pot, oven, and fridge full of food is not a cook, let alone a chef, every person with a camera is not a good photographer. Besides, every good photographer is not an artist, and every artist is not as gifted as Jim Harris. If I am asked to list the ingredients that make up Jim's photography, it would be these: (1) a top-of-the-line professional digital camera; (2) mastery of its numerous technical functions; (3) mastery of (post processing) software; (4) keen eyes for the best scene or object; (5) patience to capture it in the best moment; (6) perhaps other secret elements that I may never know. In case you wonder which photo I have ordered first as a gift for my wife, it is the dead tree under the moon light. Never seen a dead tree together with a dead heavenly body so alive in a black and white photograph!-Edip Yuksel, Tucson
J. Martin Harris (Jim) does fantastic work! I've been involved with a couple of projects where he has done the photography, always with great results. When people see the photos, they always want to know "Who was the photographer?" and go on to use his services, too.

Thanks for taking such awesome photos of the kids at soccer! We have Corbin's picture hanging up in our home and everybody who comes over comments on it. People can't believe that you were able to get such a cool front-view action shot, with perfect clarity. You are truly blessed with a photgraphic talent!

From a good friend of the family (didn't even have to bribe her!!!):
Jim captures the reality of the moment with the click of his camera. He has taken a variety of action/sports photos of my children, and I am always impressed with the intensity he captures. In fact, I feel like I’m reliving the emotions of the game as I look back through his photographs.
